eTrino^TM Manager provides key management reports on the activity of each department in their use of Etrino. It allows management to judge the effectiveness of eTrino^TM interactive messages both internal and external to the organisation and provides detailed tracking and analysis for evaluating activity.

The appointed administrator or manager in a department operates eTrino^TM Manager. They are able to track the emailing activities of their Users via a special administration section of the eTrino^TM web site. Administrators are able to interrogate emailing activity by campaign, by user and by time period.
